Stone Creek Coffee Sales

GOTR is selling Stone Creek Coffee to raise money to support our programs. Coffee will be delivered to you before Christmas and makes an excellent gift. If you are interested in supporting GOTR and purchasing coffee, please contact councildirector@gotr-milwaukee.org by November 18th.

GOTR Open House

It’s been a busy 2011 for our chapter and we are already working on plans for 2012.  Among those activities is recruitment of volunteers and committee members, as well as filling board positions for those members whose term of service is completed at the end of this year.  We are looking for energetic, passionate, strategic thinkers for our Board.   The board provides oversight and strategic vision to the chapter.

If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about being a member of our 2012 Board or in volunteering with one of our committees, we invite you to join us for an informational meeting on Thursday, November 17th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at  Zak’s, located at 231 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee WI, 53204.  This is an opportunity for you to meet some of our current board members and volunteers and hear firsthand about the benefits of giving your time to GOTR.  We will show a short video that speaks to our mission and goals, and will allow plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.  Light refreshments will be served.

Please RSVP by November 14th to stacey@gotr-milwaukee.org if you are planning to attend on the 17th.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but are interested in becoming a committee member or applying for a Board position with GOTR, please visit the Volunteer page on our website at http://gotr-milwaukee.org/volunteer/volunteer-2/ for an application.

All board applications must be received by November 25th.  You may email your application to stacey@gotr-milwaukee.org.

Thank you for your support of Girls on the Run of Greater Milwaukee in 2011 and we look forward to seeing you again in 2012!
