Superheroes are brave, strong, and courageous. In comic books, they come dressed in masks and capes. But in life we know real superheroes come from all walks of life. Girls on the Run of Greater Milwaukee is excited to celebrate real superheroes — teaching to celebrate the superhero inside themselves! Costumes encouraged but not required. Be creative but plan your costume wisely so that you are able to make your 5k enjoyable.
If you’re crafty here are some instructions to make some superhero accessories. All of the items except the fabric were purchased at Michael’s Arts and Crafts. The fabric was purchased at Walmart. This can all be made without a sewing machine.
